Save: possible relaunch of Benetton

A Business Square keep shining the star of Save. In fact, the market expects a relaunch on the company that manages the Venice and Treviso airports, which in the late morning gained 1,69% to 22,2 euros per share, well above the quota of 21 euros set for the takeover bid in the context agreements with the infrastructure funds Deutsche Asset Management and InfraVia Capital Partners (which took over from the former shareholder of Finint, Andrea De Vido) and Star Holdings (subsidiary of Morgan Stanley).

Above all, there is expectation for the possible moves of the Benettons which, with Atlantia, hold almost 22% of the company. A possible relaunch is therefore expected: according to the analysts of Banca Akros, the financial situation of Atlantia "would allow for a counter-offer especially if the process of selling a minority stake in ASPI is successful".
