Sator Immobiliare Sgr, Fratelli Puri Negri will reach up to 30,25%

The operation will take place in various phases, through a capital increase to be subscribed by 31 January 2013 – Matteo Arpe's company will participate for an amount of up to 150.000 euros in the capital increase of Centro Europa Ricerche (Cer).

Fratelli Puri Negri Sapa enters the capital of Sator Immobiliare Sgr. The new president will be Carlo Alessandro Puri Negri. The transaction envisages that a 5% stake will initially change hands, including the right to subscribe for additional shares, until a total stake of 28,75% is reached through a capital increase, to be subscribed by 31 January 2013.

This was communicated in a note by Sator, Matteo Arpe's company, which following the full subscription of the capital increase will grant an option to purchase further shares of the asset management company, for the purpose of achieving a total stake of 30,25% of the share capital. At the conclusion of the operation, the capital of the asset management company will see Sator Spa at 54,75%, Puri Negri Sapa at 30,25%, Cassa Nazionale del Notariato and Fondazione Enasarco at 7,5% each.

Lastly, Sator's board resolved to participate in the capital increase of Centro Europa Ricerche for an amount of up to 150.000 euros.
