Saras, the partial takeover bid of Rosneft starts today

The partial voluntary takeover bid promoted by the Russian group Rosneft on Saras gets underway today. In particular, the offer includes 69.310.933 ordinary shares, equal to approximately 7,29% of the share capital of Saras – Raffinerie Sarde. The proposal is 1,370 euros for each ordinary share of the group against the 1,07 euros of the last closing last Friday. The offer will last from 27 May 2013 to 14 June 2013 inclusive, from 8 am to 17 pm (unless extended). The payment date of the consideration has been set at 40 June 19. In these hours the share changes hands at 2013 euro with an increase of 1,09 percent.
