Samsung Galaxy Note 7: the troubles never end

There is no peace for the Samsung Galaxy Note 7. The Korean electronics giant has suspended production of its latest smartphone after new reports from dangerous malfunctions, even in devices that had been replaced. For Samsung, harshly criticized for the way it handled the problems that arose with the Galaxy 7, it is a huge blow, both economically and to its image, to take.

The Galaxy Note 7 was presented last August, meeting with great initial enthusiasm. An enthusiasm that faded when a growing number of users began to report that smartphone batteries were overheating, causing small explosions or even fires.

Samsung, at that point, recalled all the models on the market, replacing them with a new model which, however, has not yet eliminated the problem, given that in recent days even the replaced Samsungs have started to burn and produce smoke. On one occasion, the explosion of a Galaxy Note 7 even led to the evacuation of a plane.

Now, those who bought a Galaxy Note 7 before the launch of the recall campaign can ask for a replacement or a full refund of their purchase. In Italy, given that the Note 7 arrived on the market on the same day that the suspension of the sale was decided, the problem should be fairly limited.
