Salini Impregilo won an important contract in Poland. The contract, relating to the construction of approximately 18,4 kilometers of lot B of the S7 expressway which crosses the entire country, has a value of 239 million euro and provides for an advance of 5% of the amount upon signing the contract.

The Italian company, which is already active in the construction of the A! and the S8 in Poland, will carry out the upgrading works on the motorway section between Milomlyn and Solsztynek”. According to the company's estimates, the works will last 26 months.

Salini Impregilo's top management shows a lot of satisfaction: "The awarding of new orders - commented the managing director Pietro Salini - allows us to maintain a consistency in the order portfolio such as to form a solid basis for the growth of the group in the coming years".

The market welcomed the news of the contract obtained in Poland: by mid-morning the share of Salini Impregilo gained more than 2% in Piazza Affari, to 2,702 euros per share.
