The group Salini Impregilo it received "numerous expressions of interest" both in Italy and abroad for the subsidiary Todini General Construction and is preparing to select one or more financial institutions that will examine the offers. The Radiocor agency writes it.
In its last quarterly report, the Salini Impregilo group explains why it decided to sell the construction company led by Luisa Todini: “The goal of creating a global player in the complex infrastructure sector – reads the text – has in fact made the development of existing contracts in the portfolio of Todini Costruzioni Generali is not relevant for the purposes of achieving the business plan objectives”.
The general contractor, as recently declared by CEO Pietro Salini, is aiming for the sale of the total stake in Todini by the end of the year.
