Salini Impregilo receives an 80 million euro contract in Poland. The Italian group “has been awarded, with an overall share of 95%, the design and construction of the loop north of Warsaw on the S8 expressway in the direction of Bialystok between Marki and Radzymin (first lot) for a length of approximately 8 kilometres. The value of the contract is approximately 80 million and the duration of the works is 32 months”.
The intervention, "aimed at decongesting urban traffic - continues the note -, includes the construction of two junctions (Zielonka junction and Kobyka junction), nine main works (five viaducts, two flyovers and two underpasses), and the of secondary and neighboring roads, with particular attention to environmental protection”.
The company underlines that "with this new award, the group consolidates its presence in the country in the infrastructure sector, where it is already active in the completion of the construction works of the A1 motorway". At the same time, through a group company, Salini Impregilo "was awarded a job in Italy concerning access to the intermodal center of Segrate, with a 35% share for a total value of 44,5 million".
By mid-morning, the share price of Salini Impregilo on the Stock Exchange hovers around parity.
