The ordinary shareholders' meeting of Saipem concluded a little while ago which, in addition to approving the accounts for the 2014 financial year, appointed the new Board of Directors and confirmed – by the list led by the largest shareholder Eni (equal to 42,92% of the capital ) – Paolo Andrea Colombo in the office of president. During the day, the new board of directors (nine members) will meet and, if there are no surprises, Stefano Cao (appointed by Eni) will be appointed new managing director.
