The BNP Paribas Group and SACE have agreed on a financial transaction to support the international competitiveness of GLM Components Mechanical through a 2 million euro credit line, guaranteed by SACE and disbursed by BNL with EIB funds. The Abruzzo-based company based in Castellalto (Teramo) is a world leader in the production and marketing of metal components and accessories for the automotive sector, in particular of supports for exhaust systems. In recent years he has made a constant growth trend, despite the unfavorable economic situation that has hit the sector. Specifically, the funding will support i costs for the expansion and modernization of GLM plants, for working capital needs, for the execution of foreign orders (particularly in Mexico) and for participation in international sector fairs.
With this operation, SACE and BNL once again confirm their ability to assist and support Made in Italy companies in their internationalization programs and research projects, an essential source of economic development also and above all in local realities such as the industrial districts of Abruzzo and emerging markets.
