Sace with Finest to support the internationalization of companies

SACE has announced its participation in the series of meetings entitled "The Future of Internationalization" organized in Friuli by Finest, the North-Eastern finance company for the internationalization of companies. The two days will serve to "explore the opportunities for Italian companies in opening up to new markets". The meeting will see the participation of important institutional representatives such as the presidents of the Regions and Autonomous Provinces of North-East Italy; in addition to the local representatives, the participation of the Minister of Economic Development and Infrastructure, Corrado Passera is also expected.

The event is free and open to all companies in the area and has the aim of proposing a serious, concrete and constructive discussion to help companies find the best path for their internationalization process in order to produce productive growth and employment primarily in Italy.

For the Director of the SACE office in Venice, Simonetta Acri: “Today investing in internationalization is not just an opportunity: it is a necessity, and the companies of the North East, which have always been projected into foreign markets, will know how to take up the challenge. In this juncture, however, it is necessary to manage the opportunities together with the risks of lesser-known markets and new customers. Our insurance-financial tools are a strategic ally for businesses: they allow you to move safely in complex markets, characterized by high volatility and increasingly fragmented risks, improving your competitiveness and your capitalisation. In addition, SACE can offer financial solutions that facilitate access to credit for companies, lengthening the terms offered by the banking system and increasing the credit limits. Together with the main banking institutions, we have created a guaranteed loan program to support the internationalization projects of SMEs, of which € 1,3 billion is still available. Thanks to the partnership between SACE and Finest, companies will be able to access a series of coordinated services and more easily identify the most suitable solutions for their needs, with particular attention to markets of fundamental importance for the Triveneto area, such as the Eastern countries and the CIS area”.

The meetings, especially on the opening day which will be held at Villa Manin in Udine, will serve to identify the macroeconomic scenarios, long-term trends, institutional, diplomatic and financial tools put in place to help the entrepreneurial fabric of the Northeast. Particular attention will be paid to the promotion of Made in Italy abroad, to the latest IT solutions developed by the Ministry of Economic Development to assist SMEs, and to the role of the European Union in opening new markets.
The following day, the companies themselves will become protagonists. In the spaces of the Pordenone Fair they will be able to enter into the details of individual countries through a series of meetings, including bilateral ones, with the commercial diplomats and economic advisers of over 20 foreign embassies in Italy, i.e. the people who have the greatest knowledge of the foreign economic model and the administrative details that favor a certain type of development for Italian companies.
