Silvio Berlusconi was indicted in Rome by the gup. The accusation is of corruption in the context of one of the strands that arrived in Rome as a result of the Ruby Ter investigation from Milan.

The Neapolitan musician Mariano Apicella was also indicted with the former Premier, accused of corruption and perjury. The trial will begin on November 23 before the II criminal section, before the II criminal section.
