Scrapping of tax bills, Equitalia: 600 requests

Great success for the scrapping of tax bills. Taxpayers have submitted to Equitalia about 600 applications for accession to the facilitated definition (scrapping of folders). This was reported by the managing director of the collection company, Ernesto Maria Ruffini in a hearing in the Chamber, explaining that - of the 575 applications that had the requisites - around 502 were processed for a total value of around 8,3 billion .

Ruffini explained that the sum of 8,3 billion "may undergo a change, first of all, after the checks on the effective possibility of defining all the debts indicated by the taxpayers in their requests". Furthermore, from this figure, which is already net of the additional sums and any default interest accrued after the transmission of the loads, by the creditors to Equitalia - he explains - the amounts entrusted, by way of "sanction", will be reduced, as well as added the collection charges, the notification fees for the payment notice and any costs for executive procedures.

The final amount will be communicated to the taxpayer by 31 May 2017 in order to make the relative payment according to the chosen plan (single solution or in instalments). 63,1% of requests for folder scrapping concerned natural persons (21,5% of the amounts), 23,3% natural persons with economic activity (21,3% of the amounts) and 13,6 .57,2% legal entities (for 5,77% of the amounts). Over 69,4 billion (1,69% of the total) of the sums contained in the applications already processed are receivables from the Revenue Agency while 20,4 billion (XNUMX%) concern INPS.
