The exclusion of the Sinistra per Roma Fassina Sindaco list from the administrative elections of 5 June is confirmed. This was decided by the Lazio Regional Administrative Court with a sentence in which it rejected the list's appeal. The former Deputy Minister of the Economy will now present a new appeal to the Council of State which will have the last word on the compilation errors in his lists which had caused his exclusion from the race for the Capitol.
“We regret the sentence of the Lazio Regional Administrative Court which excludes our lists from the electoral competition in Rome. We don't stop here. We are convinced of our reasons and we will appeal to the Council of State” the first reaction of Fassina.
