Unlock 53 million euro to pay the suppliers of Riva Steel. The authorization arrived yesterday from the judicial commissioner and administrator, Tagarelli, in turn appointed by the gip Patrizia Todisco. Part of the resources will also be used for the payment of taxes (VAT) and executive contributions.
The funds come from credit lines for a total of 90 million reactivated by the banks after the Ministry of Economic Development has given some guarantees: the credits of Riva Acciaio will not be seized and the liquidity of the accounts (which is instead seized) will be used to guarantee the operational continuity of the group companies.
