Catering: "Ingruppo" is starting again in Lombardy and at reasonable prices

Phase 2 of the "INGRUPPO" catering will last 54 days, as many as those that have been closed.

After fifty-four days of forced closure, 19 of the most renowned restaurants in the provinces of Bergamo, Milan and Monza – Brianza, including 7 Michelin-starred and 2 three-starred Michelin, are reopening their doors by making an appointment, from 15 June to 7 August, at “INGRUPPO Reload”, a new edition of the initiative created to bring even less traditional customers closer to gourmet catering. “There is nothing in the Italian tradition – explain the organizers – that can better express the moment of rediscovered joy than sharing the same table. A habitual and familiar act which in recent months has lost these connotations, but which today takes on an even more special flavour, especially in the region most affected by the Covid-19 emergency".

Phase 2 of the "INGRUPPO" catering will last 54 days, as many as those that have been closed. A strong signal, an expression of the tenacity that has always distinguished the population of Bergamo and of the – very strong – desire of the restaurateurs to complete a project that has been marking the pace of new catering for 8 years.

We therefore meet to taste traditional recipes or discover new flavors to celebrate the end of a very difficult period.

Customers will be able to choose from the proposals of excellent restaurants, such as: Da Vittorio and Enrico Bartolini's Mudec, flagships of INGRUPPO which can boast 2 of the 3 three-starred chefs in Lombardy (11 in Italy); Sadler, Casual, Frosio, Il Saraceno, Loro and Osteria della Brughiera, all with a Michelin star; Impronte, the new entry of INGRUPPO, which with the young chef Cristian Fagone, born in 1988, has conquered its first star this year. And again, Collina, La Caprese, Lio Pellegrini, Al Vigneto, Antica Osteria dei Camelì, Posta, Roof Garden Restaurant, Tenuta Casa Virginia, Pomiroeu and Cucina Cereda also participate in the initiative. In total, 16 restaurants in the province of Bergamo, which, according to the 65th Michelin guide presented last November, confirms its position in the Olympus of Italian catering.

Each of them, as in the traditional format, will present high quality proposals in the choice of raw materials, creativity and preparation of the dish, at an affordable price. In fact, it will be possible to taste a 4-course menu every day, both at lunch and dinner (with water, coffee and wine, in some cases also with entrèè and pre-dessert) at the price of 60 euros per person. At Vittorio, Sadler and Bartolini, the price will instead be 120 euros per person.

As required by the new regulations, restaurants will comply with strict rules in terms of hygiene and health safety. There will be a distance between the tables which will be arranged in such a way that the seats can guarantee the distance of at least 1 meter between the customers; electronic payments will be privileged and buffets prohibited; at the end of each table service, all the usual surface disinfection measures will be taken, avoiding as much as possible reusable if not sanitized utensils and containers (salt shakers, oil cruets, etc.) and a list of reservations will be drawn up which will be kept for a period of 14 days. All precautions that will allow you to enjoy your INGROUP experience in a serene way.

New in the "Reload" edition: the starred chef Roberto Proto with his refined cuisine in which fish is the star ingredient, moves the restaurant and the entire staff from the historic location of Cavernago to the center for the summer season of Bergamo. The summer edition of the Saraceno will be at the Terrazza Fausti, the evocative space set up on the Porticoes of the Sentierone in Bergamo, with a view of the beating heart of the city.
