Recovery: Zunino takeover bid at 0,25 euro per share

The takeover bid presented by Luigi Zunino a Cleansing and its principal shareholders will be of € 0,25 per share. This was communicated in a note released today by the Piedmontese entrepreneur, founder of the real estate company, specifying that the tender offer provides for the acquisition of shares from the shareholder banks of the company and from Sistema Holding, Zunino's holding company in liquidation. The newco “Oui” will carry out the operation – which is aimed at the delisting. 

Zunino thus proposes to repurchase the company he founded in 2002 and saved by the creditor banks in the summer of 2009. To date, the shareholder institutes of Risanamento are Intesa Sanpaolo (35,9%), Unicredit (14,4%), Bpm (6,6%), Banco Popolare (3,5%) and Mps (3%).

This morning at the opening in Piazza Affari, the share of Risanamento loses more than one and a half percentage points.
