Redevelopment: Barrack and Zunino offer to banks, takeover bid at 0,25 euro

The two entrepreneurs aim to get their hands on the Italian real estate group: offered 0,20 euros for the shares held by the banks and a mandatory takeover bid for 0,25 euros - Tom Barrack and Luigi Zunino also aim at the company's Paris portfolio - The stock slows down after yesterday's flight.

Tom Barrack e Luigi Zunino they return to the charge for Cleansing. The offer of the two entrepreneurs (respectively the former owner of Costa Smeralda and the former owner of Risanamento) was confirmed at the request of Consob by the real estate group and envisages the purchase of the shares held by the banks and Sistema Holding by the vehicle Oui at 0,20 euro per share and the subsequent launch of aMandatory takeover bid at 0,25 euro. Overall, the value of the takeover bid would be approx 250 million euro.

It is not the first time that the two entrepreneurs have tried to get their hands on Risanamento: they had also tried last year, but their offer had been returned to the sender. Another important aspect of the operation concerns the Parisian wallet, for which the plan of Barrack and Zunino would be to get their hands on the luxury properties that Risanamento is about to sell for 1,2 billion to the English fund Chelsfield owned by the Saudi giant Olayan.

After yesterday's flight on the wings of the first rumors about the offer (+12,31% to 0,23 euro), Risanamento shares lost more than 1% in mid-morning in Piazza Affari.
