Risanamento has signed a binding agreement with Landlease called Project Development Agreement. At the heart of the agreement is the development in partnership of the so-called Northern Lots, areas that make up most of the Milano Santa Giulia project.
The agreement excludes the so-called Lotti Sud and the Sky Complex, the latter already covered by a separate agreement with another company in the LendLease group.
In relation to the areas covered by the agreement announced today, the process for approving the variant to the Masterplan (currently expected within the next 12/18 months) and for approving the final project are underway. reclamation, for the construction of approximately 400.000 square meters of gross floor area, of which 50% for residential use, 30% for commercial use and 20% for tertiary and hospitality use.
