Energy redevelopment of condominiums: double Snam agreement

The company that owns the gas transport network has announced the launch of two partnerships to encourage energy redevelopment of buildings: one with Intesa Sanpaolo and one with Anaci

Snam double agreement on the energy efficiency of condominiums. The company that owns the gas transport network has announced the start of a partnership between its subsidiary Tep Energy Solution and Intesa Sanpaolo to promote energy requalification interventions on residential and tertiary buildings, with particular attention to condominiums.

Italy aims to exceed the European target of reducing energy consumption by 32,5% by 2030. In this sense, the contribution of the residential sector will be fundamental: in fact, buildings account for around 40% of energy consumption on average of the Member States of the European Union and – according to Ispra, the Higher Institute for Environmental Protection and Research – over 50% of the annual emissions of PM10 and carbon monoxide in our country.

Intesa Sanpaolo and Tep Energy Solution will propose solutions for the replacement of the heating system and the construction of the insulating coat, with an integrated service that goes from financial and technical consultancy to the realization of the project.

In particular, Intesa makes loans available to cover the portion not included in the ecobonus or sismabonus and, in general, up to 80% of the investment.

Tep Energy Solution instead proposes the CasaMia product - so far offered to over 400 condominiums throughout Italy - which aims to energetically redevelop buildings by financing the works through savings on consumption and the transfer of the tax credit linked to the ecobonus and sismabonus mechanism .

The same Snam subsidiary has also signed a collaboration agreement with Anaci, the national association of condominium and real estate administrators: the goal is once again to promote the energy requalification of residential buildings in Italy.

Under the agreement, Tep will help train condominium administrators on the services available for the efficiency of consumption and the anti-seismic consolidation of buildings. Anaci, on the other hand, will make its training and services platform available to let its associates know about Tep's solutions.
