The platform renewal of the employment contract di Cnh Industrial, Ferrari, Iveco e stellantis – expiring at the end of the year – was approved by over 98,8% of the company union representatives of Fim, Uilm, Fismic, Uglm and Aqcfr, meeting in the factory councils of all the plants of the four companies.

A note from the sindacati adding that the national secretariats have sent the platform to the various companies for the start of the discussion with the hope that "it can already take place during the month of October".

The unions have asked for a wage increase of 8,4% in 2023 to counter rising inflation.

The unions asked for an increase of 153 euros 

Fim-Cisl, Uilm, Fismic, Uglm and Aqcfr have already presented a platform for the renewal of the Ccsl of the groups for the four-year period 2023-2026, asking for a 8,4% increase in 2023 to counter the increase in inflation - equal to an average monthly increase of around 153 euro - by 4,5% in 2024 and 2,5% in 2025, with an improvement in variable bonuses and other fees, such as the managerial function indemnity, the economic element on the continuous cycle and the increases on Saturdays.

Contract renewal: 537 votes in favour

In detail, there were 537 votes in favor and 6 against, while there were 6 abstentions. The last minutes are arriving, but in fact the outcome of the vote has been determined. In all the plants the positive votes prevailed in the factory councils.

"We welcome very positively the consensus expressed by the trade union delegates of our organizations, we are certain that it captures a widespread sentiment in the factories and offices", reads the note. “All of this charges us with a strong responsibility to try to renew the expiring contract quickly and in the best possible way”.
