On taxation, remote discussions, in the Chamber and in the Senate, between institutions, banks and the business world. This morning the Revenue Agency is on stage in the Finance commission of Palazzo Madama, as part of the investigation into the tax reform. Tomorrow it will be the turn of the Finance Department and then of Assonime, the association that brings together Italian spa companies.
Also tomorrow, the Tax Registry Commission will hold hearings of the representatives of the National Association of Local Authorities Tax Offices (Anutel) as part of the fact-finding investigation in view of fiscal federalism. In the Finance Committee in the Chamber, in the early afternoon, the ABI, the Italian banking association, will be heard, which will intervene on the delegation to the Government for tax reform.
Confindustrua and Rete Imprese will be heard on the same issue. Still on the tax issue, yesterday the commission concluded its examination of the green book on the future of VAT. The rapporteur has finalized the opinion, which will be debated and put to the vote tomorrow.
