Gabriella Bruschi on behalf of the San Siro Coordination Committee and Luigi Corbani on behalf of the SiMeazza Committee have mandated the lawyers Veronica Dini, Felice Besostri and Roberta Bertolani to proceed with an appeal to the TAR against City Council Resolution no. 1379 of 5 November 2021, with which the public interest of the project presented by Inter and Milan was declared.
The lawyers were chosen on the basis of their deep experience and professionalism as well as their mirrored position in favor of citizenship and the environment.
The timing of the appeal is tight: it must be filed by January 4 (even with the holidays in between).
It is now necessary to collect the signatures of the adhesions which must be authenticated by a lawyer.
Anyone interested in signing the appeal should in the meantime send a brief preparatory communication by writing to info@coordinationsansiro.it and indicating their name, surname and address.
It should be emphasized that the appeal is not reserved only for residents – who will in any case be the first signatories: given the importance of the project, in fact, a much wider audience of citizens will also be able to take legal action (which allows, among other things, to reduce costs).

Fundraising will be organized both through platforms and through specially organized events.
This is one of the many actions in the field in the direction of protecting the Meazza stadium, which can be modernized, avoiding the construction of another plant and other imposing buildings above a green area, which could instead be made available to the citizens. Just as the surrounding area could be redeveloped with not so impactful services.
The alliance of our Committee with the SiMeazza Committee is the recognition of a strong experience, documentation, professionalism and networking.
In fact, the San Siro Coordination Committee has been dealing with the project since 2019.
