Talent search on Linkedin, Alliance launches #FattiAvanti

To restart Italy in these complicated months, we certainly need money, investments, solidarity, but also a lot of training. Among the companies that are already thinking of training the professionals of the future, those who will be called to operate with the new paradigms that the market will impose after the upheaval of the Covid-19, there is Alleanza Assicurazioni, an insurance company of the Generali group, which has launched a campaign on Linkedin, the largest professional social network in the world, to select talent. It starts on May 27 at 17, with a streaming event entitled "Get involved post lockdown: professions and skills". The launch will see the participation of Davide Passero, CEO of Alleanza, Marcello Albergoni, country manager of Linkedin Italia and Francesco Rossi, Senior Partner of Praxi.

“For a company – commented Passero – it is important know how to select and attract the right people and, never as today, even in a difficult context, in the Alliance we are proud to continue to offer young talents professional opportunities based on continuous training and digital technology. With the launch of "FattiAvanti" we intend to strengthen the professional quality of our network of insurance consultants, trained to be increasingly able to offer our 1,9 million customers high standards of consultancy: this means customer profiling, needs analysis and personalization of the proposed insurance solutions. In this new context, insurance consultants are called even more to fulfill their social role in interpreting the changes taking place and accompanying Italian families in their life plans: protection, savings, investment and pensions. Because together we generate trust”.

In fact, the campaign is called #FattiAvanti and is one of the initiatives launched in recent months by the entire Trieste group under the hashtag #TogetherWeGenerateTrust. The initiative returns in the wider “Alliance Generation” program, to encourage young people to approach the world of work, through which the company has completely redesigned the professional development model to train the new generation of insurance consultants. The program will offer the young people selected the entry, as a junior account, supported by a training program, coaching in the field and assignment of a client portfolio. Furthermore, the path allows for qualification in the professional register (Single Register of Intermediaries).

  1. It also depends on the profile. Without LinkedIn I could not have found 2 of the 3 jobs I do. It's not you who has to attack them. You just have to show yourself by saying as much about yourself as possible.
