Retelit flies on F2i interest

Indiscretions give wings to the title. A merger of the telecommunications and business services businesses is possible

Retelit up significantly in Piazza Affari driven by press rumors of interest from F2i.

At 9,30 the share leapt by 8,25% to 1,496 euros in a slightly rising market. Exchanges are very strong, already over 2,5 times the monthly average of an entire session.
According to Il Sole 24, F2i is considering a possible merger of its telecommunications assets with the data services and telecommunications infrastructure company with the aim of building a large pole in telecommunications services for businesses.

According to the newspaper, the scheme of the operation would provide for a reserved capital increase by Retelit, through which F21 would come to hold a majority stake in the company and then transfer its assets to the TLCs grouped under 2i Fiber.

According to Banca Akros "the main limitation is the current valuation of the company which, barring an upward revision of the business plan target, currently appears to be correctly valued".
