Top management confirmed for Retelit. In the shareholders' meeting, called to approve the 2017 accounts and to renew the corporate bodies for three years, the tug of war between the Libyan-German Bousval-Svm pact and the alliance led by Raffaele Mincione's Fiber 4.0 ended in favor of the first: the list presented by the SVM-Bousval pact and led by the outgoing president Dario Pardi has established itself. The list also included the managing director Federico Protto and both have therefore been confirmed.
Also elected from the majority list (which obtained the favorable vote of 61.4 million shares) were Gianluca Ferrari, Faisel Gergah, Paola Bruno, Gianbeppi Fortis, Patrizia Mantoan and Marina Rubini.
For the minority list, presented by Fiber, 4.0 which had the favorable vote representing 35 million shares, the leader Luca Cividini was elected.
