Retelit 9% of the Mincione consortium is pledged to Ubi Banca

The 8,97% of Retelit held by the Mincione consortium is pledged to Ubi Banca. The novelty emerged this morning from the prospectus for voting proxies, promoted by the consortium itself (grouped in the Fiber 4.0 holding) in view of the next April 27 meeting called to appoint the new board of directors of the Tlc group.

Fiber 4.0 it is made up not only of Mincione (with the Luxembourg-based Wrm Capital Asset Management), also of the real estate developer Luca Cividini and Stefano Giorgetti's Oak Tree. Together, the three control 8,97% of Retelit's capital, to which is added a call option on 3,85% and in general, thanks to the syndicate agreement with the Pretto family, boast a potential share of 19,2, XNUMX%.

In the meeting, the consortium led by Mincione was opposed by the block formed by Shareholder Value Management, by the Germans of Axxion and the Libyans of Bousval who support the current management of the company by virtue of the results obtained in the last three years. The three investors own 24% of the capital.

In the solicitation in view of the assembly, Fiber 4.0 underlines that "the moment is propitious to create an Italian B2B service operator" also working on the M&A front. For this reason, Retelit must be "an unifying pole by exploiting its status as a listed company".

A Business Square Retelit shares are up and running, gaining 4,93% to 1,975 euros. Since the beginning of the year, the stock is up more than 17% while in the last 52 weeks it has gained about 58%.
