New challenge for Renzo Rosso. After ending the adventure (and the dispute) with Masi Agricola, a leading wine company in the production of Amarone della Valpolicella, the owner of Diesel, second MF-Milan Finance, noted the 51% of Villa Brasini Group, the VIP beauty clinics. The operation took place through the Red Circle Investment, his private investment vehicle managed by his manager wife, Arianna Alessi.
Founded by entrepreneurs Diletta Siniscalchi Minna and Riccardo Scifo, Villa Brasini Group is a company that manages a network of clinics specializing in aesthetic medicine, plastic surgery, laser therapy, trichology and nutrition.
Villa Brasini Group: 2 million euro business
Villa Brasini Group closed 2022 with a turnover of about 2 million of Euro. The company manages a series of centers located in key cities such as Rome, Milan, Naples, Forte dei Marmi and Montecarlo. The clinic grew quickly famous among Italian VIPs. National and international celebrities, including names such as Chiara Ferragni, Ilary Blasi, Belen Rodriguez, Melissa Satta and Drew Barrymore, choose it for firming treatments based on an electromagnetic energy technology approved by the American FDA, which promises to revolutionize body contouring techniques.
Villa Brasini was at the center of public attention last July for a controversial agreement with the Lazio Region. The agreement gave employees in the region special discounts for beauty treatments such as facelifts, botox and fillers, with discounts of up to 20% on various cosmetic procedures.
Villa Brasini Group, with Renzo Rosso, aims high
With Renzo Rosso at the helm, it is likely that Villa Brasini will expand further both geographically and in terms of clientele. This could also happen thanks to the entrepreneur's network of contacts in the world of fashion and the jet set, opening up new opportunities for the clinic.
Renzo Rosso has already invested in the beauty sector in the past. Last August, together with other important entrepreneurial families such as Marzotto, Veronesi and Branca, he invested in Regi, a renowned Cremonese group specialized in the development and production of make-up products. The deal was facilitated via Tec Beauty, an investment vehicle created as part of the club deal initiative promoted by the management of The Equity Club and Mediobanca.
The Special Film Impresa-Unindustria Award goes to Rosso
Renzo Rosso was awarded the Special Film Impresa-Unindustria Award for his creativity in the creation of the MADE campaign – Made in Italy, Made Perfectly. This recognition was awarded during the second edition of the Film Impresa Award, promoted by Unindustria with the support of Confindustria, which celebrates documentaries on Italian business, highlighting the stories and origins of industrial production in the country.
The MADE campaign, created with the aim of valorising those who have contributed to the Italian reputation in the fashion sector with their ingenuity and craftsmanship, offers an exciting journey inside the companies of OTB suppliers, representing the soul of Italian artisan excellence. Through engaging videos and direct testimonies from key figures, from the foundation to the artisans, the campaign reveals the fascinating stories of manual skill, craftsmanship, dedication and excellence that characterize this unique luxury supply chain in the world.
