Renzi: wedge cut will be 10 billion, confidence in the Chamber

After the green light arrived yesterday from the Senate, today the Renzi government has won the trust also in the Chamber with 378 votes in favor and 220 against. In the speech held before the Montecitorio assembly, the Prime Minister specified that cutting the tax wedge in the agenda of the new Executive it will be "ten billion", because "the double figure referred to resources, not to the percentage".

The Premier also announced something new with reference to the boards of directors of public companies: "The government can make a serious commitment - said Renzi - the presence of women managers competent, regardless of their political positions, in the top positions of public companies".

As for the total release of public administration debts, “must be a shock, as happened in Spain – continued Renzi -. The guarantee for access to credit must face the credit crunch. The reduction of the cost of labor of 10 billion is essential to be credible. And if contributions come from the oppositions we will be grateful. We are convinced that this Chamber is also beautiful for debate and discussion”.
