Renzi: in 2017 Ires at 24%, less than Spain

“Lowering taxes on labor costs is common sense. Next year we will remove Tasi and Imu for everyone, in 2017 we can concentrate on IRES, i.e. taxes on companies, today at 31% and bring it to 24% in Spain, and then for 2018 we will intervene on Irpef”: thus the Prime Minister Matteo Renzi in Pesaro.

Renzi: in 2017 Ires at 24%, less than Spain

"You don't lower taxes to increase the level of consensus, you lower taxes because it's right". This was stated by the Prime Minister, Matteo Renzi, speaking at the Rossini Theater in Pesaro for the signing of the protocol on culture with local authorities.

Recalling that the “first thing done was the 80 euros”, Renzi added that “lowering taxes is a bet that cannot be made for just one year. Lowering taxes on labor costs is common sense. Next year we will remove Tasi and Imu for everyone, in 2017 we can concentrate on IRES, i.e. on business taxes, today at 31% and bring it to 24% in Spain, and then for 2018 we will intervene on Irpef”.
