Sermetra Assistance, company of Sermetra Holding Group, he threw “Règulus”, Compliance platform for the insurance intermediaries.

The platform presents solutions of RegTechi.e. the use of technology to optimize activities management and streamlining processes and operational controls for insurance distribution.

Innovative features

The platform has innovative features which make it, at the moment, unique on the market.

In particular Règolo consists of 3 elements:

  • IVASS Compliance, which guides insurance intermediaries in the management of compliance processes and documentation, envisaged by the IDD-Insurance Distribution Directive, guaranteeing high standards of compliance with the legislation towards its distribution network and end customers;
  • GDPR, form through which the insurance intermediary guarantees compliance with the legislation on the protection of personal data, towards its own distribution network and towards end customers;
  • 231/01, which supports the insurance intermediary in the preparation of the Organisational, Management and Control Model (MOG 231).

Regolo was developed through “Wichee”, the software house of the Sermetra Group.
