In Milan the YES prevailed, as well as in two other important cities of central Italy – the NO wins everywhere, but is rampant in the South.

Referendum: the map of the vote in the main cities

It's true, the NO triumphed in the referendum on constitutional reform, but it didn't go the same way in all cities. The most curious case is that of Milano, where Yes prevailed with 51,13%, contrary to what happened in Lombardia, which saw the front of the opposites establish themselves with 55,49% of the preferences.

The other major cities where Yes won are Bologna (with 52,23%) and Florence (56,29%), i.e. the capitals of two of the three regions that took sides in favor of the Boschi reform: theEmilia Romagna with 50,39% of the votes and the Toscana with 52,51%. The third was the Trentino Alto Adige (53,87%), even if a Bolzano the margin was really small (50,09% to 49,91%).

In all the other regions the NO established itself without problems. Among the main Italian cities, the anti-Renzi front is clearly strengthened as we proceed south. TO GenoVa (58,96% NO), Torino (53,58%), Venezia (59,11%) and Roma (59,42%) the percentages remained below 60%, a limit clearly exceeded instead a Napoli (68,28%), Bari (68,35%), Catanzaro (69,75%) and Cagliari (69,71%). However, the primacy goes to Sicily, where the ceiling of 70% a Catania (74,68%) and the Palermo (72,31%).
