Green light from the Cassation to the consultative referendum on the constitutional reform that transforms the Senate, cuts the costs of politics, abolishes useless bodies such as the Cnel and the provinces and redefines the relations between the state and the regions in Title V.
Now the Government has 60 days to establish the date of the popular consultation which is already inflaming the debate between and in the political forces.
The referendum will probably be held at the end of November so that there are three full months for the electoral campaign in which the Yes and No fronts will be able to explain their reasons.
