Il inclusion income (Rei) is at the starting line. A INPS circular explains that from XNUMXst December it will be possible to apply for the new income support measure for families in disadvantaged economic conditions.
In the first place the Rei - which will be operational since January 2018, XNUMX – will concern families with minors, the disabled, pregnant women four months after giving birth and the over 55s who are unemployed.
To be eligible, households must have an ISEE not exceeding 6 thousand euros, as well as a value of real estate assets other than the residential house not exceeding 20 thousand euros and a value of movable assets not exceeding 6 thousand euros. Threshold that can rise by 2 euros for each member of the family following the first, up to a maximum of 10 euros.
The maximum limit of the check is 485 per month, equal to 5.824,80 a year. In addition to the economic benefit, the inclusion income provides for a commitment for the person in need, who will have to participate in a project of social reintegration and in the world of work.
To access the benefit you will need to have the Rei card, on which the amount will be physically loaded. With this tool it will be possible to purchase a number of goods. The card will be usable also as an ATM to withdraw up to half of the amount paid each month.
