From today, Wednesday 7 April, and until Friday 30 April it will be possible to do application to receive emergency income 2021, the "extraordinary income support measure" envisaged by the Support Decree.
EMERGENCY INCOME 2021: THE BENEFICIARIES
According to the instructions provided by INPS, the 2021 emergency income will be recognized for three months - March, April and May - to families who are experiencing difficulties due to the Covid-19 emergency, provided that they meet, collectively, certain economic, capital and income requirements. The Red will also be awarded to those who stopped receiving NASpI and DIS-COLL between 1 July 2020 and 28 February 2021 and have a valid ordinary or current Equivalent Economic Situation Indicator (ISEE), not exceeding 30 thousand euros. " In this case - specifies the INPS - the measure, paid in the fixed amount of 400 euros per month and always for the months of March, April and May 2021, is due in the absence of the right to the benefit referred to in paragraph 1 and alternatively Now".
EMERGENCY INCOME 2021: HOW TO APPLY
The application must be submitted exclusively online. There are two methods:
- il INPS websiteby authenticating with PIN, SPID, National Service Card and Electronic Identity Card;
- the Institutes of patronage.
To apply, the applicant must be in possession of a valid DSU.
THE REQUIREMENTS FOR THE REM
Emergency income is recognized to households which, at the time of submitting the application, jointly meet the following requirements:
- the applicant must be regularly resident in Italy at the time of submitting the application;
- in February 2021 the family income value it must be lower than the threshold corresponding to the amount of the benefit, increased in the case of rent declared in DSU, by one twelfth of the annual amount of the same;
- In the 2020 value of family assets must be less than 10 euros. “This threshold is raised by 5.000 euros for each component following the first and up to a maximum of 20.000 euros. The threshold and ceiling are increased by 5.000 euros for each member in a condition of serious disability or non-self-sufficiency”, specifies the INPS.
- Il ISEE value must be less than 15 thousand euros.
THE AMOUNT
According to the provisions, the amount of each allowance will start from a minimum of 400 euros and reach up to 800 euros per month per family. The exact figure will be established on the basis of the parameters of the citizenship income equivalence scale. The multiplier can reach 2,1 if there are seriously disabled or non-self-sufficient people in the household. In this case, the amount of the monthly allowance can reach 840 euros.
INCOMPATIBILITY
The Rem is not compatible:
- with COVID benefits;
- with pension benefits, direct or indirect, with the exception of the ordinary disability allowance and civil disability benefits;
- with income from employment, whose total gross salary is higher than the maximum family income threshold, identified in relation to the composition of the nucleus;
- with the Income and Citizenship Pension received at the time of the application.
