International Media Holding - the consortium made up of Investindustrial, Mediobanca, DellaValle, Pirelli and UnipolSai - communicated that Consob has approved the offer document relating to the voluntary public purchase offer promoted by International Media Holding on a maximum of Rcs MediaGroup.
The acceptance period for the Offer will start at 8.30 am on 20 June 2016 and will end at 17.30 pm on 15 July 2016, inclusive (subject to extensions, in accordance with current provisions).
The consideration for the offer, equal to €0,70 for each Rcs share tendered in acceptance of the Offer, will be paid to those accepting the offer on 22 July 2016 (subject to extensions, in accordance with current provisions).
