RCS, Schroders rises more than 5%

The operation dates back to last December 22, i.e. the day following the presentation of the new industrial plan developed by the new CEO of the publishing house in via Rizzoli, Laura Cioli.

Schroders owns 5,078% of RCS Mediagroup. After the Invesco funds, which fell to 1,32%, today's Consob updates revealed that another international fund has instead risen in the Italian publishing group, exceeding the 5% share. The operation dates back to last December 22, i.e. the day following the presentation of the new industrial plan developed by the new CEO of the publishing house in via Rizzoli, Laura Cioli.

Instead, on 21 December, the Invesco funds fell to 1,32% of RCS's capital from the 4,835% previously held. In the meantime, the recovery of the Rcs share which around 15 pm gains another +6,7% to 0,5635 euro with 8,9 million shares already traded, over the average of an entire session of the last 30 days equal to 6,5 million. A rebound after reaching an all-time low of 0,446 euros on 15 December.
