Giuseppe Rotelli does not participate in the Rcs Mediagroup capital increase. The board of directors of the publishing group made it official by announcing that it had received a communication from Pandette srl: in the communication Rotelli's company specified that "it does not intend to exercise the option rights for the shares held by Pandette itself, as well as for those covered by the option contract of purchase and sale stipulated with Banco Popolare”.
