The Milan Public Prosecutor's Office is carrying out investigations on the financier Alessandro Proto and his Proto Organization, which has announced a syndicate agreement on the RCS publishing group between four international investors. The extract of the shareholders' agreement, relating to 2,77% of Rcs, among the four foreign subjects, was published on Saturday 6 October in the newspaper Italia Oggi: it is Jorge Froemming from Porto Alegre who owns the 0,57% of the publishing group, Bushra Alrazmi from Mumbai with 0,70%, Paulius Broad from New York with 0,68% and Kushal Pal Singh from New Delhi with 0,82%. The shareholders' agreement expires on December 31, 2015.

The file opened by the magistrates of the first department of the Prosecutor's Office of the Lombard capital, the one specialized in economic crimes, concerns precisely the statements and moves made by Proto in recent months regarding this operation on the RCS publishing group.
