Guiseppe Lucchini will participate in the next capital increase of RCS (of which he is a 2% shareholder), which will be launched to support the ongoing restructuring plan. Lucchini himself said it on the sidelines of the meeting of the Mediobanca syndicate pact (of which he is a member).
As for the hypothesis that the increase is 400 million, Lucchini limited himself to stating: “They say, I'll be able to tell them when it happens”. The entrepreneur defined the RCS relaunch plan presented by CEO Pietro Scott Jovane as "not simple but possible", "after all, there are no alternatives, we have to do it this way".
