Rcs Mediagroup flies to Piazza Affari. The share entered the volatility auction following the news of new purchases of shares by the entrepreneur Diego Della Valle, already a shareholder of the group, with 7,325% of the capital.
The number one of Tod's spent almost 1,5 million euros to acquire another 0,3% of RCS's share capital on 23 March at a unit price of 0,9572 euros –
Della Valle, who came out defeated in the long battle for the conquest of the group, recently launched messages of availability towards the president of RCS, Urbano Cairo, a shareholder with 59,9% of the capital. The other shareholders are Mediobanca with 9,93%, Finsoe with 4,6% and Pirelli/ChemChina with 4,4%.
RCS shares, which had already surpassed the year's highs in recent days, today reached an intraday high of +10,9% at 1,193 euros. At 16.20, the stock recorded an increase of 8,27% to 1,165 euros.
