International Media Holding has no intention of resigning itself to defeat. The consortium decided to appeal to the Lazio Regional Administrative Court against the Consob decision regarding the non-suspension of the takeover bid promoted by Cairo Communication on RCS Mediagroup shares. The news was announced by Diego Della Valle himself, present in Imh with Pirelli, Andrea Bonomi's InvestIndustrial, Mediobanca and UnipolSai.
The consortium was defeated in the fight to obtain the relative majority of the RCS group. Urbano Cairo rose to 48,8, thus stopping below 50%, but declaring that he wanted to assume all the proxies.
