Transport Cairo announced that in recent days it had purchased 2,8% of the new share capital of Rcs, equal to 11.989.643 ordinary shares, through its subsidiary UT Communications.
In particular, the Cairo note explains, 11.789.643 ordinary shares were purchased through the exercise of 3.929.881 option rights purchased on the regulated market and 200.000 ordinary shares through the purchase of securities on the regulated market.
Urbano Cairo specifies that the investment in Rcs Media Group "is made on a personal basis".
