The ordinary meeting appointed the new board of directors, in addition to the confirmation of Cairo, have been elected the 11 members of the board of directors: Gaetano Micciché, Marco Pompignoli, Stefano Simontacchi, Stefania Petruccioli, Maria Capparelli, Alessandra Dalmonte. For minorities enter Diego Della Valle, Marco Tronchetti Provera, Carlo Cimbri and Veronica Gava.
