The titles of the publishing group are at the center of purchases in the decisive week for the challenge between the two offers: that of the Cairo group and the other of the Bonomi consortium. Both players raised on Friday. Cairo announces a revolving loan

Rcs opens with a strong increase: +16% after the raises

Rcs Mediagroup flies into the opening after that the raises arrived on Friday evening by Urbano Cairo and the consortium led by Andrea Bonomi. The titles of the publishing group they rise by 16,5% to 0,9925 euros, with a maximum reached at 0,996 euros, when the Ftse Mib and Ftse All Share gain 0,7%. Just the latest raises will be examined, according to what Radiocor Plus reports, by a single Board of Directors of RCS scheduled for today, Monday evening. 

The relaunch of Cairo increased the exchange ratio to 0,18 Cairo shares for each Rcs share plus an amount in cash equal to 0,25 euros for each Rcs share, for a value of the Rcs shares equal to 1,0402 euros. Furthermore, this morning it was specified that Intesa Sanpaolo undertook to organise, underwrite and fully grant to Cairo Communication, in the event of a positive outcome of the public exchange offer on RCS, a revolving loan for a total amount of 140 million EUR.

The consortium formed by Bonomi, Mediobanca, Unipol, Pirelli and Diego Della Valle instead relaunched bringing the price of the offer to one euro per Rcs share. In the meantime, this morning it was specified that Intesa Sanpaolo has undertaken to organise, underwrite and fully grant to Cairo Communication, in the event of a positive outcome of the public exchange offer on RCS, a revolving loan for a total amount of 140 million euros.

The result of the challenge on RCS will be known on Friday 15 July, when the offers close.
