Stock markets up before the Christmas break thanks to the good American data and the recovery of oil which push the lists to consolidate the rises of the startup. The Ftse Mib rose by 1,88% while the other European markets recorded even more decisive gains: Paris by 2,34%, London by 2,60% and Frankfurt by 2,28%.

The Asian stock exchanges closed mixed with Hong Kong +0,18% and Shanghai -0,43%. Tokyo remained closed for the emperor's birthday.

The Btp-Bund spread is down slightly to 103 points and a yield of 1,67%. The Treasury announced that in the first quarter of 2016 it will offer two new BTPs and one new Ctz at auction. These are the 7-year BTp maturing on 15 March 2023 with a minimum amount of the entire issue of 10 billion, the ten-year BTp maturing on 2026 June 12 with a minimum amount of the entire issue of 28 billion and the CTZ maturing on 2018 March 9 with a minimum amount of entire issue of XNUMX billion euros.

Also Wall Street is moving in positive territory with the Dow Jones up 0,77% and the S&P 500 up 1,05%. In the US, the consumer confidence index rose to 92,6 points in December above expectations. Orders for durable goods were unchanged but still above expectations. On the other hand, the sales of new homes disappointed, which rose by 4,3% to 490 units but below expectations. WTI oil rises by 4,45% to 37,75 dollars a barrel, in line with Brent which trades at 37,38 dollars a barrel +3,52%. The euro-dollar exchange rate dropped 0,71% to 1,0879.

In Piazza Affari pre-Christmas purchases reward Cnh +4,18%, FCa +4,16%, which benefits from a well-tuned auto sector and the approach of the Ferrari spin-off at the beginning of January. The purchases that will give the right to receive the Ferrari shares are those made by 30 December in Milan or 31 December in New York. Yesterday the group confirmed the timing of the operation in a note. On January 4, Ferrari shares will begin trading on Piazza Affari with a free float of around 66%.

Also in evidence are Telecom Italia +4,01% and the oil companies Tenaris +3,87% and Saipem +3,67%. In red on the Ftse Mib instead there are only two stocks: Anima -0,86% and Intesa Sanpaolo -0,32%.

Outside the basket of blue chips, Tiscali rises by 3,83% after finalizing the merger of Aria, while Pininfarina collapses by 28,74% after ending up in a volatility auction after yesterday the board called the meeting for the reduction of the capital due to losses. The recovery of Rcs resumes +3,33% also thanks to the injection of confidence that came with the management purchases: the president Maurizio Costa and the CEO Laura Cioli each bought shares on the market for 400 thousand euros at a unit price of 0,5657 respectively euros and 0,5795 euros, spending over 226 thousand euros each.
