Rai Way, two lists have been filed for the appointment of board members pending the shareholders' meeting on 28 April, set for the approval of the results at 31 December 2016.

The other candidates for the board (nine with a term of office for 3 financial years) are Aldo Mancino, Gian Paolo Tagliavia, Joyce Victoria Bigio, Anna Gatti, Fabio Colasanti, Donatella Sciuto, Paola Tagliavini. The second list, proposed by Artemis Investment Management which represents 8,455% of the capital, includes only Umberto Mosetti.
