The director general of Rai Luigi gubitosi tackles the Sipra emergency head-on by proposing to personally assume the presidency of the Cyprus e Lorenzo Lei as managing director of the same advertising agency. For the other seats on the Sipra board of directors, however, Gubitosi relies on the three network directors: Mauro Mazza (Rai1), Pasquale D'Alessandro (Rai2) and Antonio Di Bella (Rai3).
In this case, the new positions would be added to those already held, not being considered incompatible. The nomination proposals were formalized today in view of the Board meeting on Wednesday 5 September. Meanwhile, the current managing director of Sipra, Aldo Reali, has resigned.
Rai Fiction, the general manager thought of the current head of structure Eleonora Andreatta. The idea of merging Rainews 24 and Televideo will also arrive on the board of directors' table on Wednesday.
As for the Board of Rai Way (subsidiary that owns and manages the broadcasting network of the Rai radio and television signal), Gubitosi will propose, in addition to himself, Luca Balestrieri, Stefano Ciccotti, Luigi Rocchi and Roberto Sergio. In detail, Sergio (current Sipra president) will be indicated as president, Ciccotti as CEO and Aldo Mancino as general manager.
