The 24 Ore Group has no intention of selling even a partial share of Radio 24. With a note published a few minutes ago comes the No to the offer to acquire a minority share in the economic radio presented by RDS.
“With reference to the press release released today by RDS regarding an interest in an industrial and strategic alliance with Radio 24, the 24 ORE Group excludes any intention of total or partial sale of the asset, as repeatedly reiterated by the top management of agency".
Through a letter sent to the president and managing director of the Sole, Giorgio Gossa and Franco Moscetti, the first shareholder of Rds, Eduardo Montefusco, had in fact expressed his interest in buying part of Radio 24 with the aim of "creating a leading operator in the infotainment market and to successfully face the technological challenges of a rapidly evolving market”.
