In October in Italy, the advertising investment market closed with a drop of 7,7% compared to the same period of 2012, recording an overall reduction of -13,7% for the first ten months of the year, equal to 828,7 .XNUMX million less than last year. Among the media, TV closed October with -2,3%, bringing the trend figure to -11,8%. The press confirmed the constant difficulty in raising advertising investments, closing October at -13,9% for newspapers and -25,7% for magazines. Both are close to -20% in the first ten months, at -20,7% and -24,4% respectively.

Internet returned to a negative position, both for the month (-1%) and for the cumulative period (-2,4%), while the radio closed the first ten months of the year at -11,8% and the month at -9 %.

Negative trends in the cumulative period for Direct Mail (-15,1%) and Outdoor (-3,5%). The crisis in cinema persists with a reduction of -23,4%.
