Psa, - 12,8% of world sales but ok in Europe

French automaker PSA reported a 12,8% drop in worldwide sales to 1,9 million vehicles in the first half.

The interruption of sales in Iran and the commercial difficulties in China affect the decline, according to what the group reports in a note. PSA, which owns the Peugeot, Citroen, DS, Opel and Vauxhall brands, on the other hand increased its market share in Europe by 0,3 points, where sales are holding up, recording an increase of 0,27 percent.

In Europe, PSA now achieves 88% of sales, an increase of 11 points compared to the first half of 2018.
